We celebrated his 20th birthday last night, even though it's not until the 20th of this month. But it's his "Golden" birthday...20 on the 20th!
Couldn't be that close to it without having a little celebration!
Claire baked him gluten free, extra moist and fluffy chocolate cupcakes with cream cheese frosting that seriously rival anything we've had anywhere, including "Sprinkles" in Chicago!
Sure love this young man that God entrusted to us twenty years ago!
He and I will take the train to Prague in the morning and he leaves for Chicago at 2:30 in the afternoon.
We're not sure when we'll get to see him again, so this isn't an easy goodbye for any of us. I guess it doesn't really matter if you know when or not...goodbyes are just never fun!
Thanking the Lord for the sweet time we had together, for the blessings He poured out on us during these weeks.
