Hits the Spot

Eleven hours of driving for this.

After so many years of vacationing in Croatia, there is just something about that first cup of "bila kava" that hits the spot!

Claire, Kaylee and I made it safely down to the coast, near Split, where we spent the night and had breakfast in Trogir.

Even though it was cool, sitting outside having breakfast under a blue sky and with sunshine was delightful!

After a ferry ride over to Hvar in the afternoon, we made it to the apartment we're staying in and woke up to a pretty sea view this morning.

It's not especially warm here, but we're ready to fill up on sea air, a little blue sky, and some good walking!
