Third Time's the Charm

Sitting in the Phoenix Airport waiting for our flight, I wanted to capture a fun detail of these past couple of days spent with my friend, Amy.

Our search for the perfect fish taco! Third time was the charm as we ended up here at Coconut's in Scottsdale.

One of the things I love is using Google to find the "bests" in places we visit, and sure enough it proved to be right on as we enjoyed the perfect fish taco here!

This morning we met up with Dave and Mel at the airport after their executive meetings over these past few days. Mel and Amy now continue on their home assignment in the States, heading to Chicago while Dave and I are off to Jackson, Wyoming today.

Thankful for these past days with our dear friends and co-laborers in God's work in Central and Eastern Europe.
