It doesn't seem like it was that long ago when our JV Bteam meetings were held in a small office with just 5-6 of us.
Now, there are so many of us that no room in our Frydlant office building is big enough to handle our weekly meeting - and we were even missing some of our team today!
Formerly called the Bteam (as in, "Barnabas" team...caring for others), we're now the Iteam (international team) who provide care, support and resources to the rest of our JV staff throughout Central and Eastern Europe. They're an awesome bunch of servant-hearted people!
For now, we're meeting weekly up at Malenovice in "Malenka", our newest building down in the village where the cabins are located. Soon a meeting room will be finished in the basement of the office building back down in Frydlant.
We need to hurry up and use it before we outgrow it too!
But it's a good problem to have growing pains. It means we're needing more support people to care for our growing staff on the field. And that's a good "problem" to have.
Cool, cloudy weather has arrived in our region and it definitely feels like fall, which means the Iteam is gearing up for our JV fall conference in two weeks. More to come on that!
