We've had virtually no snow yet this season, which was beginning to make me wonder if it would ever come. Would you believe I'm actually glad it did?! And so are these guys hanging out on the porch of our garden shed!

There is something terrifically peaceful about a snow day, especially the first one of the season. Dave and I are having the sweetest day inside, working on projects as we sit by the fire together.
But of course there's the reality of what's ahead of all of us! :)
If it keeps coming down like it is right now, we'll have some serious shoveling to do!
