Getting it Done

Aside from a drive to the grocery store, this has been my view for 12 hours today.

Bleary eyed and ready for bed, I'm happy to report that I'm twenty pages away from being done with the edits of my book.

If I wasn't so tired, I'd be up doing a happy dance!

This time has been far more productive than I ever imagined it would be. And Kaylee has been far more patient with me than I expected her to be. I can't believe how long she's laid here beside me today. She must know I need the extra comfort and company.

When the edits are finished, I've got one more chapter to write, and then it will be ready to head to the technical editor. That's one step closer to being finished and published.

Thank you, thank you to those of you who are praying. You know who you are and how much I love you.

Most of all, thanks to the Lord for giving me strength, perseverance and joy in this writing process. He and I are getting it done!
