Where in the World is Dave?

As I like to do from time to time, I'm writing another installment in my mini-series on where Dave is!

After finishing his father-son trip (as in, with his dad and brothers!) he flew down to Croatia from Norway.

There he met up with half of our JV country leaders for four days of annual training. Last year they were climbing a Via Ferrata (see HERE if you don't know what that scary climbing is all about!), and this year they are on a boat in the Adriatic.

This group of leaders will head for home on Wednesday, while the other half will come for their days of training through Saturday (the boat couldn't hold everyone at one time so they divided into two groups for this training).

Dave says the weather is hot, conversations are deep, and the camaraderie is amazing! I love that Dave and our leadership team care so deeply about investing in these guys!
