Enjoying Fall

Dave and I ran into Ostrava this evening to do a few errands. Stopping at Hornbach, a building and garden supply store that we like to shop at, I was admiring their fall decorations.

Is it just me, or do you think that is so cheery looking?!

I remember when we moved here 25 years ago, there was not a pumpkin in sight as a decoration. But today, you can find them in many places and I like that!

But I turned my head in the other direction and what did I see??

Christmas trees and decorations being set up already!!

I've always enjoyed seasons here in Czech because in the past, you got to enjoy them until they were done. But now it seems, Christmas is already upon us...a full 11 1/2 weeks ahead of schedule!

What happened to enjoying fall?! 🍂 🍁 🥀 🎃
